How long does it take to complete a pet portrait?

We aim to complete your digital pet portrait as quickly as possible! In most cases, it can be ready within 3-5 business days, but depending on the volume of orders, it may take a bit longer (up to 7 days).
Rest assured, we’ll never rush the creative process, even if there’s a high volume of orders. We put a lot of love and attention into every piece, just like we know you’ll appreciate your pet’s portrait!

Can you draw 2 (or more) pets?

Absolutely! We’d love to capture more than one pet in your portrait. We just ask that you purchase a separate digital product for each pet, so we can give each one the attention it deserves.
Once completed, we can either combine both pets into a single portrait or create separate pieces—whichever you prefer!

Can you remove the background?

Absoloutely! We will remove the background clutter from your pets picture, for all our portraits, so that your pet is front and center.

How do I get the best possible drawing?

The higher quality your reference image is, the better the results will be. After 400 custom portraits, when the image is clear, bright and crisp (so we can see all the finer details) these images tend to get the best results.
Either way, you can be sure we will do our utmost best to do right by your pet and capture all the finer details.

How much of the body do you draw?

We draw from the neck up to the head, to keep your pet front and center.

Can I make a revision?

We always strive to get it just right on the first try, but we understand that sometimes small adjustments are needed. If you'd like to make any changes to your portrait, no problem at all! Just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to make the revisions for you.
