Will I receive a physical invitation?

No physical items will be shipped for our video invitations. All our video invitations are provided as digital video files. You can easily download and save them on your phone, and they are compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

The video invitation is delivered as an MP4 file, allowing you to share it with as many people as you like and as many times as needed.

How long does it take to receive our customized invitations?

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 days.
Please carefully review the spelling and punctuation to ensure accuracy!

Can I make changes to the design, color, or wording?

Changes to the wording and music can be accommodated.
Modifying colors or elements may require an additional edition, which can be purchased separately. Please contact us to receive the appropriate listing or link to place your order for additional customization options.
